What areas do you service?
Keeping our routes tight allows us to be more efficient and lower seasonal prices. The areas we provide are South Lake Miltona, West Lake Carlos, East Lake Ida, Southeast Lake Darling, Lake Le Homme Dieu area, West Lake Victoria, West Lake Geneva, West Lake Winona.
How close can you get to our garage door?
We stay about 1-2 feet away from your garage and from any vehicles parked in the driveway.
Do you have a seasonal snowfall limit?
No. We provide unlimited service at 1 1/2" all winter, no matter how often it snows.
What if the city plow comes after you plowed my driveway?
If the city plows leave a ridge at the end of your driveway, we ask that you give us a call and we will take care of it for free.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, or Venmo.
Do we have to provide our own driveway stakes?
No. We provide stakes for all our driveways. We also install them around November 1st and remove them in late April; depending on the weather.
If I'm at the end of the route does that mean I will get poor service?
No, the service is the same for every one of our customers; just the timing is different!
